Annual Maintenance Contract
To suit the varying needs and budgets of our customers, we offer both comprehensive and non-comprehensive annual maintenance contracts. Our service package covers different types of air conditioning equipment including Split AC unit, Ducted Air Conditioning Units as well as the large-sized Package Units.
Our Scheduled Maintenance or Preventive Maintenance Plan ensures that your air conditioners are running smoothly throughout the year. We undertake a major service as well as minor services during the tenure of the contract and cover both indoor and outdoor units. Our scope includes but is not limited to:
- Cleaning of indoor and outdoor units, air filters, indoor coil and condenser coils to ensure better indoor air quality
- Pre-emptive checking for abnormal sounds/problems, short-fall of refrigerants, suction and discharge pressure of compressors, fan motors functioning, loosening of power and control wiring, any blockages in drier core etc.
Retrofit

Replacement

- We will inspect and analyse the working of existing equipment and make detailed observations on parameters like room temperature, grill temperature, equipment’s operational parameters etc.
- After detailed study of data and site condition, we will recommend whether to go for whole unit replacement or only replace parts like Compressor, Condenser Coil, Evaporator Coil or any other.
